元智大學應用外語學系主任柯宜中帶領學生在寒假期間前往日本秋田國際教養大學，參與為期十天的冬季日語及日本文化集中課程，透過沉浸式學習模式，針對不同程度的學員提供量身打造的學習內容，由即將取得教師資格的碩二研究生授課，並依據學員語言程度分班，師生比例高達1比2，更有碩士一年級日本學生一對一指導，讓學生在日語能力與文化理解上皆能大幅提升。

        營隊的學員是小學一到三年級的兒童為主,修「日本兒童文學」的學生們擔成果任教學者,分工合作組成的營隊。利用教學的方式,鼓勵舉手回答,增加學員參與活動的動力。
不只在書中習得日本兒童文學與文化內涵,亦將其轉化運用於實際教學上,給予了學生們發揮所長的舞台,除了提升了自身能力並增加教學經驗,分享所學,進而也讓更多人有機會接觸日語、體驗日本文化。
